This used to be one of our favorite locations, the atmosphere and customer service and connection used to be phenomenal. That lasted up until the hours changed and the entire crew inside the location changed. Now all you are met with from the staff are sharp short answers and demands of what you want and attitude when at the window. No good connection or service in the least from the crew itself. Coming from a barista background, it’s all about customer satisfaction and connection, then good quality service and amazing drinks/food. Yes a good drink or food items will bring a customer back, but it’s never as guaranteed as making a good connection with that customer, while serving them quality products. A good connection can easily impact a persons day, always making it better even just a little. If attitudes don’t change, this location will sadly lose a lot of clients. Not just the ones that speak up but especially the ones to at don’t.

I really enjoy the coffee based drinks from here. So far, they haven't been too sweet like they often are at other places. There is road construction around the area but it is worth venturing through to get a drink. They also give you a free drink when you sign up for their loyalty program and app and another one during your birthday month.

The area around wasn't the best, but I've you for inside and we're greeted by the staff, you forgot all about it. For our first time being there, we needed help deciding on coffee and the staff was great with explaining their drinks. My wife and I decided on the vanilla IV. (We needed it). It was very good, very well balanced and strong at the same time. This coffee was a highlight for our day. Thanks to the staff!

The cashier in the coffee shop, she was very friendly and helpful. But in the other day, the cashier at the drive-thru window, he seemed not to pay much attention on the drive-thru customer. It gave me the different feeling and experience of the customer service from different team members. The chocolate croissant tasted great but the breakfast burrito was quite soggy inside. The coffee drinks were always good.

Went to this place for the first time today. It’s across the highway from my job and I needed a coffee treat. The have a selection of coffee and energy drinks and they do have some breakfast items but I didn’t get any food this go around. The inside atmosphere was really nice and they also have a drive through. I really like the vibes and the drink I got was delicious so I will definitely be going back there to try other drinks.
